To get started, the first step is to allow Trim by OneMain to identify your subscriptions by following these steps:
- Connect the financial institution/s (bank accounts, credit card accounts, etc.) where you pay for your subscriptions. You can add more than one account by clicking "Add Another Account".
- Once you have linked your accounts, our system's algorithm will search for your subscriptions and will show on your Subscriptions page.
To request your unwanted subscriptions to be canceled:
- Click the "Cancel this" button on the subscription you want us to cancel.
- Fill out all the required details so we can get to work!
Afterwards, we will contact the biller on your behalf. We will reach out to you via email if we need more information to successfully process the cancellation request.
When we have received confirmation that your subscription has been canceled, we will update you and let you know any important details about it.
*If you are not a OneMain or Brightway Customer, we can identify and monitor the subscriptions on your connected bank account to ensure you are aware of your recurring charges. There will still be a 'cancel this' button which will show the contact information of the merchant. Then you can contact your biller directly to cancel your subscription.
