Sometimes, if your subscription is less frequent than a monthly payment (quarterly, bi-annual, or annual payments, for example), our algorithm may accidentally mistake it for a one-time transaction.
if you are seeing a transaction listed in your Spending which is actually a subscription, but our algorithm has missed it, you can mark it as such by clicking the grey icon to the right of the charge and then selecting This is a subscription from the drop-down menu.
