Sometimes, if your subscription is less frequent than a monthly payment (quarterly, bi-annual, or annual payments, for example), our algorithm may accidentally mistake it for a one-time transaction. Additionally, if you are seeing a subscription listed in your OneMain Trim Subscriptions which you know is a one-time charge, we may have misidentified the charge based on similar biller names. Sorry for the confusion!
if you are seeing a transaction listed in your Spending which is actually a subscription, but our algorithm has missed it, you can mark it as such by clicking the grey icon to the right of the charge and then selecting This is a subscription from the drop-down menu. This allows you to easily send a request for us to cancel it for you.
You can also follow these same instructions in your Trim Subscriptions page to flag a charge as not being a subscription.
Unfortunately, we can only assist with subscriptions that have been identified in your Trim account. If you still have questions about any mystery subscriptions or charges, email us at help@asktrim.com.
