Unfortunately, there are many reasons why a biller may not let us cancel your subscription for you.
In many cases, the biller will either require direct verbal authorization from the account holder or request information which is too sensitive for us to store such as your date of birth, social security number, full credit card number, or answers to security questions on your account. In other cases, you must be logged in to your personal account in order to make any changes to your subscription, including cancelations.
If you are looking to cancel a gym or salon membership, many studios require you to submit a certified mail letter in order to officially cancel your membership if you cannot cancel in person. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to process cancelations that require a certified mail letter to be sent on the account holder's behalf, so you must contact your club location directly.
