Cable and internet providers typically apply credits to your upcoming billing statement rather than to your current billing cycle, which is why you may not see your negotiated savings yet. Sorry for the confusion!
This happens for a variety of reasons. For instance, we may have concluded on your negotiation too close to the cut-off date for your billing cycle so that means the credit will post on the billing cycle after that.
