Service providers typically apply savings to your next billing statement, which is why you may not see your negotiated savings right after the negotiation has been completed.
This happens due to a variety of reasons. For instance, we may have concluded your negotiation too close to the cut-off date for your billing cycle so that means the credit will post on the billing cycle after that.
For one-time credits, it may show up on your account right away.
