If your bill has not been negotiated, send us an email at help@asktrim.com and we would be happy to remove your bill negotiation request from our queue.
Please note that if we have completed a negotiation for your bill, you will still be charged for that negotiation.
The success fee is charged to the debit/credit card you enrolled in bill negotiations two days after we notify you of a successful negotiation via SMS/FB Messenger and email. The credits we have negotiated will show up on your bill with your service provider within the first two billing cycles after negotiation.
