There are times that the account needs to be refreshed in order for your account to be updated. This may happen when you change the credentials on your account or new measures are in place in syncing your account .
We suggest refreshing the connection by deleting your bank account and adding it again.
To delete your bank:
- Please go to your Accounts page.
- Click the gear icon of the bank you want to delete
- Click Delete (name of the bank account)
To connect your bank account or any financial institution:
- Go to your Accounts page: https://go.asktrim.com/accounts
- Click the blue + button on the lower right hand side.
- Search for your bank or financial institution. We use Plaid and it supports 15,00 financial institutions including Paypal, credit card, bank accounts, investment accounts, etc.
- Input the credentials you use when you log into your financial institution.
- Plaid will sync your account to Trim!
