Your negotiated savings usually reflect your bill in the next 1-2 billing cycles. If we just recently completed a negotiation on your bill, you will most likely see the savings on your next bill.
If you don't see the savings after 1-2 billing cycles, please send us two copies of your bills for comparison: one reflecting your most recent bill, and one from before our negotiation. You can download a copy of your bill directly from your online account with your provider if you don't receive a paper copy.
