If you don't see the credit on your first bill after a negotiation happened, you just need to forward the most recent copy of your bill to our customer support team at help@asktrim.com and a supervisor from our Quality Assurance team will review your negotiation to ensure that your credits were correctly applied. We will conduct any necessary follow-up with your provider. If there are discrepancies in the savings they gave you and the amount we charged, we will refund the appropriate amount as necessary.
