When you enroll your bill, we ask a series of questions to determine your preferences for how your bill is negotiated and to ensure that we negotiate the deal that works best for you.
We will contact you when we are about to negotiate. We may reach out to you in case we need you to authenticate your account with your service provider. Additionally, if we have found money-saving opportunities for your bill that are not in line with you preferences (e.g. removing hotspots or signing up for a contract), we will contact you for your approval before making any changes to your plan.
If you want to update your preferences, you can do so here: https://go.asktrim.com/lower_bills. Select your provider to show your preferences. Don’t forget to hit “Save” afterwards.
