If you would like to remove your bills from future negotiations because you moved or switched providers:
- Select the Provider on your Bill Negotiation page.
- Click "More Details" on the bottom right corner of the service provider box.
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Deactivate {Service Provider} bill.
This will stop future negotiations from this service provider. You can always revisit the savings information for this provider under "Deactivated Bills."
