If your transactions don't seem up-to-date or your subscriptions are not showing despite refreshing your browser, your financial institution may need to be reconnected. To do this:
- Delete your bank account and add it again to restart the connection. To delete your bank:
- Please go to your Connected Accounts page.
- Click the gear icon of the bank you want to delete
- Click Delete (name of the bank account)
- Alternatively, if you see a yellow banner with "Account Reconnection" required message, click on that banner. Follow the prompts to securely reconnect it through Plaid.
