Can you negotiate a bill that's not in my name?

Yes, we can negotiate your wireless, internet or cable bill that is not in your name. Please note: the payment card in your Trim account will be charged for any savings we find for bills added to your account.

To add a bill for negotiation, you will need: 

• A PDF of the most recent bill or a screenshot showing the name, service address, account number, plan name/bill amount. 
• Login credentials (username and password) for the account. 
• PIN or passcode, if applicable.
• A payment method we keep on file for the 15% success fee we charge on the yearly savings per negotiation.
