Once you enroll in Bill Negotiation, we will immediately make a first attempt to negotiate and secure savings on your accounts. We then continue to monitor and detect bill increases on an ongoing basis to make sure you are always getting the best price possible. We will send you a text message prior to renegotiating your bill, and you can always opt out of the negotiation. We will notify you when we are able to successfully secure savings.
If you want to initiate a renegotiation, go to your Bill Negotiation page, select the bill you would like to be renegotiated, and click "Negotiate Again."
