Bill Negotiation is an exclusive, FREE service for OneMain and Brightway Customers.
We can negotiate most wireless, internet, phone, cable, and home security bills, as well as SiriusXM bills.
At this time, we do not negotiate electricity, garbage, water, or any credit card bills.
To sign up to have your bills negotiated, you will need:
- A copy of your most recent bill with the account number, account name, complete address, and service plan inclusions. This does not need to be a paper bill. A photo of your bill with this information is sufficient.
- Your PIN or Passcode (if applicable).
- Once you have these items ready, please navigate to the Bill Negotiation page in your Trim account to get started. The process should take around 2 minutes.
Select your Provider choosing from the list.
If you do not see your provider, you can scroll down and click “Don’t see your provider?” and choose what type of bill you want us to negotiate.
Add your bill by choosing a file from your computer or phone, or taking a photo of your bill. You do not need a paper bill to sign up for this service.
Select your negotiation preferences and click Save. You can also add specific requests at the space below 'Additional Preferences'
